Relocation is more than a move - it changes your life.

Are you about to Relocate, Just Arrived or Returning home?
Relocation is not a single event. It is a human transition that unfolds over time.
My work is designed to provide the right support at the right moment — at each phase of relocation - before departure, after arrival, and beyond.
My MAG – Move · Adapt · Grow approach offers a practical, experience-driven way to manage your next transition successfully.
Support is delivered through hands-on Relocation services combined with structured change-management coaching, tailored to international employees, partners, and families relocating to or from Frankfurt Metropolitan Region.
Want to explore how this works in practice?
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your plans, timing, requirements — and your readiness, concerns, and expectations.
Step 2: Tailored Support proposal
Using the MAG framework, I translate our conversation into focused support package aligned with your current stage and priorities.
Step 3: Clear Scope & Agreement
We then agree on scope, deliverables, and fixed costs. Once confirmed, the engagement is formalised so everything is clear before we begin.
Step 4: Early Preparation & Delivery
Support begins as early as possible — ideally 1–3 months before departure — to build preparation, clarity, and reduce pressure later on.
Step 5: Arrival & First
90 days support
Move doesn’t end at the front door. Support continues through structured check-ins and availability during your first 90 days after arrival, ensuring stability as daily life takes shape.

Step 6: Adapt and Grow
Once stability is established, the focus shifts from settling in to adapting and growing. Support evolves with your needs — helping individuals and families build routines, confidence, and long-term momentum in work, school, and everyday life.
Time to Move?
Support is a Strategy, not a weakness.

The M.A.G. Approach™
MOVE
Be Prepared, Plan and Move

Pre-Departure & Relocation Support
The MOVE phase combines structured preparation with hands-on relocation support before and during the move. It supports employees, partners, and families moving to or from Germany by aligning expectations early and delivering Relocation services - including Planning, House- School Search, Orientation, and Settle — to create clarity & reduce risk early.
ADAPT
Build Stability & Belonging

Settling-in and Transition Support
The ADAPT phase focuses on life after arrival. As routines are missing and emotional pressure rises, it provides hands-on settling-in support alongside human-centred guidance — helping individuals and families restore stability, rebuild routines, and stabilise everyday life.
GROW
Thrive in the long run

Ongoing Support & Integration
The GROW phase supports longer-term stability, confidence, and direction after relocation. It focuses on flexible, ongoing support focused on consolidation, integration, and direction — supporting partners and families as needs evolve over time, without forcing outcomes.
"Different phases require different types of support - M.A.G ensures the right support at the right time.
Why MAG works
MAG is built on three core principles:
-
Early preparation prevents unnecessary struggle
-
Adaptation is a process, not a moment
-
Sustainable relocation requires human support, not just logistics
By addressing relocation as a continuous transition — rather than a one-time event — MAG helps individuals and families move with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Who MAG is for
MAG is designed for:
-
International employees and their families relocating to Germany
-
HR and Global Mobility teams seeking to reduce assignment risk
-
Relocation agencies looking for human-centric transition support
Support can be delivered as standalone phase services or as a continuous engagement across all three phases.
